I get this non-stick top of the line pan ..hard working non stick.. i think i used non stick twice… it kinda sticks. So this pan delivers on its promise of non stickiness for a while, but off lately. I have been having to be really careful, try another way, more butter, perfect heat. a little higher today.. or some weird thing of maybe the eggs are frozen so getting them out of the fridge….and all that crap,because you bought a pan which was to do one job, one job, and the pan fucks up…. that… so i think,.... okay, ....need another pan, (things we wanna shop for). ..until then this pan is being watched. Like, one more sticky job, and you will be frying some greasy meat, with burn marks…. the fucking pan delivers…. that magical silky texture of egg which the little orange wobbly top… perfec...
